Something so simple but so pretty!! Thank you for sharing and for yet another inspiration!!
Appliqué doesn’t have to be a complicated process. Thank you for this down to earth demo. I loved it.
I love wool applique but have never tried it. Thanks for showing us how easy it is. Love the way you used the decorative stitch. I have a Bernina 770 and never know just what to do with all those stitches. Would love to see more applications for them. Thanks!!
I'm just starting to get into applique. Excellent tutorial and a request for MORE MORE!
I have enjoyed watching this Laura ! Thankyou for sharing how you did your freeform cutting and sewing.
Laura, that is darling!! You have so much talent!
Love your scarf😊
thank you my daughter made it for me
Thank you Miss Laura, That decorative stitch around the border is just the thing that sets it off in the most becoming way. I was thinking hmmm use a pretty wool thread color and make a few french knots in the center . I tend to complicate things LOL.
me too :)
Just Beautiful!
Brilliant, I love wool appliqué. It is very enjoyable and relaxing.. If done by hand it is very portable, so that is another option.
Beautiful!
Laura, you look so lovely today! The drape of your scarf which frames your face is perfect!
Oh thank you!
Excellent and just what a beginner needs to see. Thank you
Laura that is so pretty. I’ll have to give this a try. Thank you for sharing this beautiful flower. God bless y’all.
I'm enjoying your videos that I look forward to the new ones while watching the ones posted before. You explained everything in detail, and so easy for a "never quilt before" like me to understand clearly. I'm a seamstress by trade and I'm always sewing. I bought your book on amazon and it came yesterday. I've been buying my rulers and additional tools you recommend or suggested that I might need. I can't wait to try out the patterns in your book because they are going to be my first projects. Thanks so much and keep up the good work.🙏💕ordering the applique book now.
i love this!! gona frame it and add a little decor to my room! :D thank you Lauraxxxxxx
Nice
Wool that is
Beautiful...love the idea of working with wool.
That is so cute! Thanks for showing this technique.
❤❤❤
Love the vlog!
Lovely project..lovely lady you are..⚘🙏🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Awesome video!! I never thought of using glue... Thanks for the tutorial!!
Glad it was helpful!
Laura: That wrap you are wearing is lovely -- did you knit it? I also like this project. I would be inclined to stitch the applique by hand -- a nice thing to take with me when we can travel again! Thank you for the idea!
my daughter made it for me...lucky me:)
Thanks for the easy to follow instructions. Would love to try this? Just curious- can we make a quilt out of the wool appliqué projects ? Or would it be rough and not recommended?
I don't think I would make a whole quilt,... however then again I have never tried it
Cool & quick project ! Thanks Laura for sharing . Where did you buy your felt from?
sorry I have had it so long I do not remember
I love the red and white quilt hanging on your wall two vlogs back. Where can I buy a pattern?
what is the difference in wool and felt? thank you
Yes, we lefties do everything the other way round.........
They would look pretty leaving the square fabric on and putting it in a picture frame. Could you please tell me what the gloves you use for quilting so you don't get cut with the rotary blade are called? I have the numb hands and I can't hold the rulers tight and I worry about cutting my fingers. Thank you Love your flower.
I do not use gloves while cutting the fabric only while quilting but I believe they are called Klutz Glove. But a lot of people like these Dritz 11022 O'LIPFA 22-Inch Safety Shield
@@SewVeryEasy Thank you Laura so much.
This does look fun but will is too expensive to not have a plan
try it in felt
