    My work will pay me 18 weeks as part of the HR policy, can I still apply for the full 22 weeks of centrelink payments after that?

    Hi, thanks for the comprehensive video. With the 20 weeks, is that inclusive of public holidays that fall within it? I would assume so, but a coworker has said otherwise.. so would like to get another opinion.

    Hi I just want to ask about the 330 hours I work full time but haven’t been with the employer for 12 months can I still get the payment from centre link ?

      Were you working with a different employer previous to the current one? You need to have worked 10 of the 13 months prior to birth but it doesn't have to be with the same employer...

      Yeah I have been working I am a nurse and do shift work I had a gab for a month between employer

    Thanks for the nice video. Need a clarification regarding the "meet the residency rules" eligibility (we are meeting the rest of the eligibility, but with this one we are confused). Me and my partner are citizens and we will be travelling soon overseas to give birth there (2 months before the expected birth date). Are we still eligible? Can i try applying for parental leave pay 3 months before the birth?

    I am living in Australia from 2016 and working since then, But became permanent resident in Nov 2023, am I eligible for the payment?
