Even they dump the rubbish from the garment factory as well. First of all the general population should stop throwing rubbish in theopen drain. Otherwise they should be penalised and fined.I got the bad experience last time I visit the Bangladesh. Even the educated peoples throw their rubbish through their window of the driving car in the motorway.Always do not blame the climate change.
