    명심 명심 오버수영 하지말자!!!.명심 또 명심 해야겠습니다 이영상안봤으면 아직 바른자세숙지 전에 빠른접영하다가 부상이있을수도 있었단 생각입니다. 길게 부드러운 접영만 일단은 하다가 자세가 확실히 숙지 되었을때 조금씩 빠른접영하겠습니다... 힘빼고 편안한 수영위주!! 오버수영금지로 부상없는 안전수영하겠습니다 정말감사합니다 😊

    좋은영상 감사합니다. 웨이브 접영시 입수후에 떠오르면 바로 물잡기 해야하나요? 아님 물표면 10cm정도 가까울때 잡아야 할까요? 헷갈려요 ㅠ
