I’m curious: when you are talking about rangers, who make AOE attacks, why don’t you mention Yuna, bro? 😃 All her attacks are AOE. + her S2 gives additional turn, so it’s gonna reduce this artifact’s proc on 1 turn. Moreover, Yuna’s S2 gives her speed buff. I suppose she is the one who fits nice with this artifact 💪🏻
