Notice that he blames "armed gangs" as one of the impediments to distributing aid. If those had been Palestinian or Hamas "armed gangs", do you think he wouldn't have named them? Ergo....he must be referring to the abhorrent settler gangs, but of course that couldn't be said out loud. Sometimes the words not spoken are louder than the ones that are spoken. In a school history book talking about 1948 they mentioned that Count Bernadotte went to the region to mediate, 'but he was assasinated". By whom?
