In this video we go over the UA Lockdown 7:
Cushion features nothing but an EVA midsole - it’s not the bouncy type, but step-in comfort is incredibly good given its low price. The traction pattern saw some changes from the previous version. Herringbone added to the outsole provides a more consistent grip, and after some break in time it does squeak a little bit too on an indoor court. This shoe fits true to size, standard length and width but because of the soft and stretchy upper materials it is a fairly forgiving fit. No major issues with the stability and support, just like the Lockdown 6, I would highly recommend giving these a try if you’re looking for a nice and smooth ride from a budget-friendly option.

Hey Tommy! Great review. I bought two pairs of the 6's cuz of you and haven't been disappointed. I noticed they took off the small heat vent on the side. Does the 7 hold on to heat more than the 6?

Idk, I tried these on wasn't impressed with what's under my foot, but the materials felt comfortable. I like the Precission 7/Giannis Immortality 3 better for what's under my foot (and they're both significantly lighter). Found them at 40-50 $ so it was an easy choice.

You are 100% correct thanks for pointing that out! I just looked at my Lockdown 6 it does have herringbone on there 😂 I didn’t even check the previous version cause I just felt like the 7 grips better for some reason… That’s my bad for that mistake, so they didn’t change the traction pattern then.
Please make a review about lining Jie Ao or the low version. Seems like a good shoe but found no english review about it. It has boom in the forefoot and back and has tuff os.

Im new to the shoe game, for the past 3 years ive been using some giannis freak 2s that are 2 sizes too small. My feet always hurt when I play, so Im finally deciding to get new shoes. My budget is around up to 160. I originally started looking around the internet and was between wows and nikes, but ever since I found your channel im completely lost. I was originally gonna get the wow all city 12 but as a dennis rodman type build with pretty normal feet, what would you reccomend? (Can literally be any brand even if im not aware of it)

Dennis Rodman build? You’re 6’8”, 210? New Balance Kawhi 4 might work really well for you too, the color ways right now are awful but they may be releasing another pretty soon. You may also like the Lebron 21 which are heavily discounted at the moment and because of that are one of Nike’s only shoes that are actually worth it. All City 12 is also a great choice but way of wade’s return policy is terrible so you’re always taking a risk with them.

@@rijj510 New Balance might have 4E versions of their hoop shoes depending on your location. Those are far greater than most other ones on the market performance wise.
