@@aasian my therapy appointments was Wednesdays but I kept getting scheduled to go to work and it was interfering with the time of my appointment so I just move it to Thursday. so I tell everybody every at work like Thursdays is my day and I am not available so don’t call me I will not pick up.😂 I feel it is extremely important to least take a day throughout the week to regroup and take a break .my therapist also tell me to never be so hard on yourself and to be kind to yourself and to remember that your journey it’s a process. ❤️
