- Local groups came together and took to the streets of Nottingham in March 2014 to raise awareness of benefit cuts and the rise in use of local foodbanks. It's not over, now it's your turn to help. Spread the word. Let everyone know #BenefitCutsHurt

Excellent. Good to see these gifted young people highlighting the plight of those who suffer these unnecessary benefit cuts which cause so much hardship for many. Hopefully, more public awareness may lead to such punitive measures being removed.
Have shared this on f/b. With the following comment:
"This iterates so much that has been occurring in the UK: youngsters lost their education support to help with travel costs etc. to get to college to get their GCSEs, A'levels or vocational qualifications; the young have lost the safety-net that I have thankfully thus far been able to count on. What about future generations of Brits - they are the ones who will pay our pensions (due to past governments stealing the state pension pots). And so on…"
