    Splendid video. Wow, 0 to 1,000 VMs in 105 seconds. Isn't that amazing? I wonder why scaling down takes more time than scaling up, but I am sure there are many internal things happening which we are not aware of.
    Incremental and differential backups may look like the same, but they are different. 'Incremental' backs up the delta from the previous backup whereas a 'differential' backs up the delta from the previous major backup.
    I couldn't find a way to create an instance template from an existing VM. A machine image is possible, but not an instance template.

    Why compute engine is very slow when run ffmpeg to decode 20 mb video file? In my laptop it take only 5 seconds.
