Incremental and differential backups may look like the same, but they are different. 'Incremental' backs up the delta from the previous backup whereas a 'differential' backs up the delta from the previous major backup. I couldn't find a way to create an instance template from an existing VM. A machine image is possible, but not an instance template.

Why compute engine is very slow when run ffmpeg to decode 20 mb video file? In my laptop it take only 5 seconds.
