Congrats on 245lb bench Ian!! I been going to the gym since May 2023 but things got busy in college and exams late in the semester. I was planning on going full send this summer in the gym, but I pulled my groin stopping myself from tripping down a hill 💀💀💀. Its gonna be all gas no brakes once I heal, which may take a month or two 😭

Your vids are good, but cr is kinda dead...
Ian maxing out on the bench press too frequently can lead to overtraining, increased risk of injury, and hinder progress due to insufficient recovery time. Make sure you’re building strength, not demonstrating it. I’d hate to see you take one step forward just to take two steps backwards. I know I’m just some random on the internet, but I wish someone had told me this sooner.
Credentials: At 6’3” 190 I was able to run a 5k (Marine Corps PFT) in 20:56 AND total 1,300 IN a Powerlifting Meet within the span of 2 weeks. Pressing PR’s include:
-325 Paused Bench (in competition)
-+225 Weighted Dip
-225 STANDING Overhead Press
-130 x 5 on Low-Incline DB Press
-AMRAP w/ 225 on Bench = 15
-295 Incline Barbell

One of the best ways to start getting fit is getting out for a walk.
Walk a little bit longer each day and soon enough you'll have way more energy to put into lifting, maybe running (not my bag) and even wanting to eat better because you feel better.
Always remember to stretch... and stretch and stretch.

Huge progress Ian! I started last year weighing 115lbs and now I'm at 155lbs, benching 165 for 8, I haven't gone for 1 rep max in months though

A while ago I maxed all the cards in 2.6 but I don’t have any other maxed cards so I now Im trying to max some other decks cuz of how 2.6 gets countered pretty hard in this meta.
5:10 I thought so but I remember that I saw one chinese guy that finished top 200 with hogeq even tho dd was at its prime without any nerfs. Even tho it's not the highest top and you probably would finish higher that was still very impressive to me

I have never bought a diamond pass royal because not only is it expensive, it is also a scam.

Tesla was more than nerfed. The hitspeed nerf alone killed it before. The damage nerf will put in on barh hut level
