Where did you see that they don't like participating in these types of events? In which part of the video did it show them being forced to participate in the games or the party? The company doesn't force them to participate in anything, so much so that Joong chose to go even though he was recovering from having his wisdom teeth removed, he wanted to participate in the outing with his friends. And everyone from the company participates, not just the actors but also managers and staff, it's a moment of relaxation for everyone, so much so that it's a closed party just for people from the company, if it were out of obligation, to profit from the actors, I'm sure the gmm don't miss the chance to film and sell the best moments to fans

It's a private event for the actors and I don't think anyone is being forced... it's a way of bonding with their colleagues
