You're welcome and thank you for watching and commenting. Surprisingly we did not hear any noise in the elevator bay or from the laundry room. Maybe we were lucky that the other guests on board were considerate. I think a lot of cruise ships do pretty good with insulating the staterooms to keep noise down.

We recently cruised on the Royal and were in a room right where the elevator bay was and like you said, zero people noise ! Well sound proofed doors for certain on the Royal class and am glad to know the same for the Grand. Cheers to you both !!!
