But ever since cellphone videos have become more widespread, there's been an abundance of innocuous looking videos where you could just shop a Grudge-like ghost into the background for cheap filler material. Last time I caught one of those shows when I was in Japan, the edits were extremely lazy and unoriginal. I guess that's what you get when you're a tv production that only relies on submissions from a Japanese tv audience, rather than pooling resources from an international internet community. So, why would the dad do it? He censored all the faces out of the video, so the whole thing was already edited once. Maybe he was going to submit the video to one of these shows? Maybe he wanted to try out his new editing skills? Compared to the quality of these shows lately, I'm gonna say the hand looks pretty good. But on the other hand (heh), these kind of hands in the background of vacation photos are a staple of the format so I won't give him points for creativitiy. Like wow, a hand appeared on the boat, but then another hand appears in the bushes? Why not a face or a silhouette? Why a hand *again*?

7:00 There was an orb going down the stairs with the same movement as someone walking down stairs. I could see plenty of what looked like dust particles in that clip, but that orb didn't behave like dust and it manifested when the noises were going on.

That's what makes all these videos seem fake... ghost and ufo videos were always seen in bad quality cameras.. but now you hardley ever see videos of those things
I get were this argument is coming from, but its actually not that unlikely. The average person's phone is an older model, mine for example is 2yrs old. And while the camera quality is good during daylight and a steady hand, most of these videos are shot during night or bad lighting which makes the quality significantly worse. And often the "ghost" is in the backgroud where the camera isn't focused or the person's hand is shaky so the camera can't focus correctly. I am not saying that all of these are real. For home videos you can often ask the question "why doesn't the person turn on the light?". But if I took a video with my average 2yrs old smartphone at night of an object thats a few meters away, it would have the same quality.
One (of many) things I love about being a dog owner, is when I’m home alone and hear something, I know that if Riley isn’t reacting, then it’s nothing….she also has very unique barks and reactions to different stuff so needless to say, if I was like that girl in bed and my dog started acting like hers did, I would flip shit too lol
Agree dogs are super useful in these scenarios, they can also see and detect things not from here in the woods, got some pretty wild stories and experiences with my dog, I live in a remote section of Smokey mountains. You wouldn’t beleive the shit that goes on.

But on the other hand (heh), these kind of hands in the background of vacation photos are a staple of the format so I won't give him points for creativitiy. The dog one is 100% real. You can’t train a dog to starting barking or growling for no reason. Hazel was growling in defense, means she saw something threatening coming into the room, therefore it is real. dogs can indeed see entities which is honestly scary. imagine your dog barking or growling at something that you can’t see in the middle of the night, pretty scary right? I highly doubt it’s fake.

It’s hard to tell because of the blurred out faces but check it out again at a slower speed... if the hand really was there I think she would have seen it as she turns back and looks over her shoulder.

That's what makes all these videos seem fake... ghost and ufo videos were always seen in bad quality cameras.. but now you hardley ever see videos of those things
I get were this argument is coming from, but its actually not that unlikely. The average person's phone is an older model, mine for example is 2yrs old. And while the camera quality is good during daylight and a steady hand, most of these videos are shot during night or bad lighting which makes the quality significantly worse. And often the "ghost" is in the backgroud where the camera isn't focused or the person's hand is shaky so the camera can't focus correctly. I am not saying that all of these are real. For home videos you can often ask the question "why doesn't the person turn on the light?". But if I took a video with my average 2yrs old smartphone at night of an object thats a few meters away, it would have the same quality.

Agree dogs are super useful in these scenarios, they can also see and detect things not from here in the woods, got some pretty wild stories and experiences with my dog, I live in a remote section of Smokey mountains. You wouldn’t beleive the shit that goes on.
