I have a playlist that might help, ignore the movies, the other vids are video's that might help you, at least to survive, but you may have to do some research to know how to use them, I have a bunch of tips saved up in my comments, or you can search me on youtube, I post some comment that will help every once in a while, now I just made a playlist with the technical info
The thing is, even if the Tulpa Effect spreads this like a virus, people who the videos and blogs trigger tend to have problems with this entity already. Once a person is infected, the more he/she knows, the better. If you don't upload, after a while you have dropped off the face of the internet planet, worrying all of us viewers. Recording what your experiences are helps more than hurts. You're helping us put the pieces of this puzzle together. After saying that, hope all is well/gets better.
