For California the Black and Yellow plate isn’t just for vintage cars. They re-issued that plate for all cars to be able to use. There’s actually a Vintage Vehicle plate which you are limited to a certain miles a year.

@@AngieMeadKing Angie....this is a Major issue .Anyone "good" leaves the PH . Its getting crazy in Manila price wise .Imagine , I am in LOndon , UK . MIN legal wage in the UK allows for ONE HOURS WORK , will pay for the monthly average cell phone SIM charge with data etc .OR a very good meal in a restaurant . Coffee etc is £2.50 -2.80 for EXCELLENT coffee . .Now.....I come to Manila and a CRAP pizza (Yellow Cab !!) is more than a days wage for a typical worker .A coffee in a Mall super expensive when you think about it .Ok you are a member of the Rich elite , But You seem "grounded" and will understand !! The opportunities in the PH are not good . Its a viscous society where those that attend De La Salle etc and come from elite families seem hell bent on keeping their staff wages LOW . Its a very very unfair society .
I'm a restomod car builder in the U.S. and looking to retire soon.
I don't want to open another business, but I would seriously consider retiring in the PH if I could bring my "toys" with me.

Something may history,showcase na posible na restored o restomod, atbp.
