I l o v e my Pignose! Had it about 25 years and used to play it on my commute to work (while driving). Played it at lunch and on breaks til about 2005. Lovely sound and feel! I recommend it highly!
Thanks for the review...I have owned a candy red one since 1998 and ity still plays and sounds great. The 'secret feature' was mentioned on the old Pignose website years ago, they suggested that you could sing through it! One more thing...I sometimes stick a headphone converter plug on my guitar lead and plug it into the headphone socket...the extra gain from the onboard amp into my stack is amazing! Give it a try
What would happen if you connected the output to an effect pedal and then have the effect pedal's output go back into the 3.5mm input of the guitar? Would the altered signal be heard through the onboard speaker?

I have had one of these babies since they came out. The older ones are the best made. Been all over the world with me. Awesome!
Never tried that. Will do it soon. Guitar packed and ready to travel again!

Doesn't sound like it stays tuned...or the guitarist doesn't think being tuned up..is worth the effort
Tuning is problematic. But not terrible.
The tuners ARE terrible, easily replaced.
*Mouth hangs open* Man I wish I could play 1/10000th as well as you :)
Wow.
