Of late recent years, it has come to light that after my marriage, when myself elder sister was living in other states for transferable job of my husband, my younger sister started syphoning huge family funds, in her name along in post offices, banks FDs, lic etc etc. Recently, we could traced a list and Xerox copies of all cert , she kept hidden. Can we file a money suit by submitting copies of all those huge amount of certificates to district court now ? It may be noted that younger sister was unmarried during this entire period and never was in a job or business or in any profession. No personal income at all. Hello Sir, I executed a sale agreement on my name but missed to add my wife name also there is no female mentioned on the sale agreement but my wife name is mentioned as co applicant on the home loan documents but now my bank is saying I can't apply for PMAY .can you please advise what to do and how can I add my wife's name on the sale agreement and if can't her add can I still apply for PMAY . please guide me. Is limitation act is applicable for cooperative housing society for recovery of 15 years outstanding dues of maintenance of member.
