For people wondering why A-Slash isn't running Shadow Claw there are reasons. Powder Snow and Shadow Claw does the same exact thing considering it does get stab so its a 5 dmg move -> 6 damage which is the same but its is all about the fast move coverage. Shadow Claw is good for general matchups but Powder Snow is just good against people who are running Gligar everywhere and Clodsire which is definitely a good counter. Again having 2 of them built for different fast moves is a good option considering how many people are running Lickitung around so having a fast move that is not double resisted helps but you will struggle a bit against pokemons such as Water Types or Steel for fast damage.
I ran into so many charmers and clogsire it was nuts. Sitting at 2700 so never imagined charmers being so prevalent but shadow Charz had a BLAST today 😂
Kinda off topic, but what are your thoughts on Araquind? I ran it today for 23 battles and went positive (gaining around 50 elo). I recently fell down from the 2700s to the 2600s and then 2500s, but I've managed to go 13-10, which is pretty nice for a team I've never used before (Araquind, QA Diggersby, SC S. A. Slash). I think Lanturn would be better in the back cause you're supposed to play out the lead with Araquind and then have a good core in the back, so being abb weak to medi isn't great, but I just don't want to use Lanturn cause it's too boring imo. Araquind actually has around a 63% win rate in the 2s going straight Bubble Beam, and beats or has an alright matchup on the lead against basically everything other than Spark Lanturn and Gligar. If I keep on going positive with it, I'll probably try to finally push for expert
