I used a similiar motor to AWD my ebike--they may be cheap but these motors are actually very reliable--one ex engineer explained them.I use the 1000 as a hill--trail motor. BTW I my bafang 750 motor kit is about twice this and a rear hub--lifespan is 3 to 10k miles depending on use--if I can get 2 years of medium to heavy use out of this I will be happy.BTW they are louder then the bafang but surprisingly offer very little resistance. Mine can hold 22 to 28 mph up medium to steep hills--so I am happy.I know you say cheaply made--but these motors can get diuble to 4 or 5 times the price of this and the real world reliability on these is within less then 2% of each other even the expensive ones can fail and also have a lifespan.
I have one of these in white, a added a twenty seven inch fork and out 3.5 cruiser tires on the rims and yes they fit the small rim. Where can I send you pics of it ? And my its fast , food raised the fenders with brackets and it look nice n mean
@@jonathanbrunache3848 Possibly on a bike with skinnier tires. My 1500watt bike would go around 32. Also the trike has a lot more things slowing it down so yes I would guess you could probably hit 30.
@@WillMacD can you do a speed test in next video so I can make sure because I’m building a similar ebike by voilamart except mine is rear wheel 1000w and don’t have a battery yet so I’m just asking so that I know in advance what to expect thanks for your time
I need to get or make a trike ebike, this is a nice way to do it. Dude why is the music way louder then your voice?
Fantastic job👍

Top speed in 1000w mode?
A little over 25mph.
@@WillMacD really I thought it could hit 30mph in 1000w is this not the case?
