How to make The Economist themed chart in Excel

On Excel in Microsoft Windows, if the color dropper is not available then head over to "More Fill Colors" and use the following RGB or HEX numbers for respective colors:
Red Bar Color Values
RGB = (229,41,36)
HEX Color # = E52924
Light Pink Bar Color Values
RGB = (245,162,142)
HEX Color # = F5A28E
Light Gray Background Color Values
RGB = (241,241,234)
HEX Color # = F1F1EA
