The first time i cut these, i dont know what happened but it was SO hard to sew. I think it was the fabric.
Second time, I made them in about ten minutes. Super easy. Used double brush poly (my guys fave) and they came out great.

Curious, could you hem the legs before connecting the inseam? Is there a particular reason for doing the legs after?

I find it more comfortable for the wearer to do it after, but you can hem it first if you prefer.
