I disagree with the leg drop... Look at the RKO or Super Kick or Spear or Rock Bottom etc. they're moves that really aren't that savage or devastating, just quick basic moves that you can hit on anyone and get a huge pop. Also in Hogan's era nobody really used it and he would get incredible height on those things sometimes.

The super kick is definitely devastating. I do agree on the Rock Bottom and Spear though.
Villain Village Superkicks might be basic moves these days, but a Sweet Chin Music would ruin your week back in the 90s. Thanks a lot, Young Bucks and Ziggler and Rusev and
The spear and rock bottom are terrible finishers (though better than the leg drop).
The superkick on the other hand isn't the greatest finisher, but I must admit that when both wrestlers know what they're doing it can look amazing.
Worst finisher? That's a grown man dropping his leg on my throat I'd hate to have that happen to me!

Other wrestlers use moves like that to warm themselves up early in the match. It's literally just above slapping your opponent in terms of move complexity and impact.
Philweasel same thing could be said for the DDT and other moves that were once used as finishers.. Just because the wwe often devalues these moves doesn't mean its not a grown man still dropping you on your head. Depends on who is using the move. And in most cases when hogan hit you with the leg drop the match was over and understandably so.

I find it very ironic that it was Hulk Hogan that exposed Angle's bald head since in real life he was insecure about balding and didn't want anyone to acknowledge it.
New Day wasn't #1? I figured this list was in their honor. They started off with an absolutely failed gimmick that gave them atomic X-Pac heat, but eventually reassessed and became so stupid that you couldn't help but love them.

What's wrong with the leg drop? Hogan was at least 300 pounds. He knocks a guy out with the boot to the face, and then drops all of his weight on your upper torso. You would be too winded to even get your breath back, let alone kick out of that.

If WWE was pushing more gimmicks like Sandow, Hell No and Stardust over guys with no personality like Finn Balor and Sami Zayn, maybe they wouldn't be in the rut they're in.

Sandow is actually not the only person to cash in their Money in the Bank contract. WWE just doesn't talk about when John Cena told CM Punk he was going to cash his contract in a week before he did it and Punk retained.

Miz actually hasn't changed a whole lot. His entire gimmick has always been a guy who thinks himself bigger than he actually is. He's a celebrity in his own mind but everyone else just sees him as a guy trying too hard. Then he actually earns accolades and proves it. You love to hate him because you know behind that crooked smile and undue arrogance, he's still got the legs to actually put it to work.
He should really get another swing in the main event scene before his best years are behind him. He's gotten better as a talker and they can build on that.

Okay, I'm noticing a lack of The Hurricane and Eugene here. How can you say they didn't look stupid and worked? Eugene was hugely over with the fans, even getting a rivalry with HHH that the fans cared about. The Hurricane against the Rock and everything was really enjoyable, along when he tagged with Kane for a little. I don't understand how they are not on the list. Probably number 11 and 12 aren't they?

Nobody in Pro Wrestling history has benefitted more from looking stupid than Vincent K. Mcmahon. He pissed himself on live television. Shaved his head. Was hit in the head with a bed pan. Covered in beer on multiple occasions. Vinnie Mac should've been on the list.
Shame they let guys like Sandow and Cody Rhodes go right before they could have been wildly useful. Even as mid-carders, Sandow and Cody (not Stardust) could honestly make Raw feel a lot less like a drag I would imagine. But they're both doing much better as indie guys it seems like, so good for them tbh.
