I’m not sure where you’re getting your facts from but she never apologised for anything. Rather she went on live and clarified the situation.

However, she DID use an offensive/racist term in one of her songs. she ALSO made an apology on IG live, where she said that she learned that slang from those shady chats and didn't know how hurting it could be because she was locked out.
