this is wrong information bhai. the max speed 140 kmph and min speed 120 kmph ( on first 2 lanes from left to right) is only implemented on sheikh mohamed bin Rashid road . but you are driving on sheikh Maktoum bin Rashid road. this rule does not apply to the route you are driving on this video. please double check before you give any information to the public.
