@ I find that some parts need vision and some parts can work without the camera completely also if for instance you pick up two parts at once from one component value if you put it in two feeders both nozzles can pick at the same time or just after each other if you load two components and space feed is out exactly
@ you should really look into optimisation there are so many ways of having multiple feeders with the right spacing for both heads spacing feeders to certain spacing but also the pick up all that has to be optimised here. It’s worth knowing that not all feeders have to be spaced as long as the two that I’ll be picked up one after another hour, you have to be a bit careful doing this so it doesn’t take more time. I think there are a few videos on it. This takes hours so if you’re doing multiple runs it will save hours too

I don’t know if you have or not followed highly recommend optimising the feeder positions
@UKsystemsYes, good point. I tried putting the most used components nearest to the camera and PCB but I could probably do a better job.
