I like the video. I've eaten them since I was a kid. My grandmother made doughnuts and sprinkled them with powdered sugar, and she also made a filling of apple jam. My childhood memories.
I must visit Turkey one day. Here in Canada, we LOVE donuts but we don't make them anywhere near are awesome as this! (Except for one place in Niagara Falls Ontario. Coffee Time on Victoria Rd. Funny enough they actually make a really good wonton soup there as well. A Chinese couple runs the shop, and I'm not sure if they're doing everything by the book lol.)
In the Philippines we make just small donuts(w/ sugar) and you should be at the store at exactly 1PM or afster 20min they're gone. The neighborhood loves them
