O! This one isn't really related with work, but after buying unit song, you can set them in your homescreen. So to set it press your idol mini icon (where you usually choose idol on homescreen) and it should be available along with the setting where you switch your idol's 3D model ( 'w')/

O ya I forgot to tell that the upgrade will be available when you reach rank 4. To get 100% on ES works you need to focus on the stats! ES 1 is Pa-Un-Sm, you can use Makoto, Kaoru and Wataru for it. Just spam ES 1 with recommended first because in there you'll be able to farm a lot of threads! ✨ Then ES 2 is Ac-Pa-Ch, ES 3 is Ac-Sm-Te
Can someone pls tell me how to get office rank 6 like how tf do I completely clear second job in Es building I only get 49 percent or do I need to level up with thus carton thing for it shdjdjfjejf I just wanna have 4 ppl in my officeeeee
Sorry for very late reply ( ;-;) Ya you need more uhh carton thingie? The cloth maybe? To clear ES 2 I suggest you to choose outfits with Ac, Pa, and Ch boost. With the new feature now you can filter them too! ((And I do agree that collecting a lot of materials is hard in here aa STRUGGLING))
Question! What's the point of doing this anyways? Like is it beneficial in other aspects of the game or is it just an office thing? Why is this game so hard 😭
It's actually just a side feature, office thing as what you've said. You may choose to abandon as well it's ok, but if you want to have more outfits in your office, it'll be a nice step to start working more with it!

And to get the starters usually you'll have to click the occuring campaign icon in the office! 👀 Usually it will shows a chibi member in the icon If that's not the case I'm not sure either since every outfit are able to be used in every work station (other than campaign)

To increase chara stats you need to play more often, experience leads to more power 💪
