You mentioned you are using styles from other designs you like but did not mention how you are getting around the copyright? When we tried to do a similar thing our lawyer advised us we would violate the copyright that protects the creators of intellectual property of works of art, so their design cannot be used, reproduced or duplicated without their permission? Or are the photos from Alibaba! We were cautioned using Canva for anything related to our business because incorporating any Canva content in any product that results in a re-distribution or re-use of the content or is otherwise made available in a manner where the content is an electronic file as it violates some sort of copyright law. Trademark and copyright infringement was our biggest hurdle starting out especially with Canva because we never read the "terms" and anytime we downloaded or created something in Canva they automatically start tracking to see if the design or templates are used for commercial. Our original logo was off Canva but apparently not supposed to be used? Nobody ever mentions this part...
So when it comes to clothing, there are not a lot of trademarks. You can’t copyright a t-shirt or pants or bathing suit design unless it has a unique function. A T-shirt is a t-shirt. So there isn’t an issue with me using common styles and choosing the fabrics and colors. If I were to put a logo or graphic design on it, that would be different, I would have to pay someone to create a unique design. I use all my own photos for my brand that I have paid a professional photographer to take. I did use Canva for the logo but it’s just my compnay name in a font, pretty basic and straight forward so I have not run into any issue with that so far

use a 3rd party to do an inspection pre shipping. Only a few hundred dollars and necessary. Your issues would have been caught and fixed.
