my adele is similar level/progression as this ark. i can solo lomien both in 20 minutes.
i plan to progress to hard will/lucid and stop there. then prep for LARA BABY WOOOHOOOO!

So if %damage lines become better (almost same as %atk), does that mean i should keep my potential at 12% dmg, 30%ied, 9%atk?

It will comparatively not be as bad, but the balance shift is more on the level of 30/35/40% Boss dmg comparing 9/10/12%att. The 12% Dmg will still have to be rerolled eventually.
