I think it's just the Cognoscenti because I have both models and only that one was quiet

Details like these, makes the game more enjoyable. Just the developers, needs the make sure, that the game has good story, and gameplay.
One important thing is that the developers inform keep in touch support and also listen to their fanbase which Rockstar doesn't do unluckly
