- What is Analytical Paragraph?
It is a form of writing where we need to analyze a graph or chart or table or map, or report.
And logically breaking it into written form to gain a better understanding of it.
Format of Analytical Paragraph :
It is divided into three sections
1. Introduction
In the Introduction, write in one or two lines what the diagram represents.
2. Body
In the body, explain in detail what the graph is about in detail.
3. Conclusion
In the conclusion, conclude the paragraph giving the overall view or summary of the diagram.
Exercise :
The chart shows the water usage of the average American (the chart is shown in the video).
Write an analytical paragraph to describe the information in 100-120 words.

It is evident from the pie chart that toilet has 26.7% proportion of the water usage done overall making it the most water usage category. The clothes washer with 21.7% proportion of water used. The shower with 16.8% of water usage. The faucet with 15.7 water usage. The leaks have 13.7% of water usage. And the least water used is in the 'other' categorie as it has 5.3% water used.
In overall the toilets have the most water usage and the other have the least water usage. The rest lie between them.

As from data we can get to know that much of water is used for toilets as it carry 26.7% of the total, after that water is used by clothes washer 21.7% and there is 16.8%that is used in shower after it there is approx 15.7% water usage in faucets ,then there is water wastage also which holds 13.7% during leakage and at the last and minimum usage of water by others.(
From this we can conclude that the highest usage of water in toilet and the least is by others(5.3%)

Answer- The given pie chart illustrates the water usage done by average Americans. 26.7 % of the highest percent used water for toilet purpose. The minimum 5.3 % of water is used for other purposes by average Americans on water leakage and approximately 21.7% of the water is used for washing clothes . Average 16.8% of water is used for shower and roughly 13.7% water wasted by Americans in leakage . About 15.7% of water is used for faucet. So in a nutshell we can conclude that maximum water is used for toilet and minimum water is used for other activities also we can predict that the water usage will be will be peaked in toilet usage and slightly down in other purposes.

This represents that the highest usage of water is for toilet works, which is 26.7 % out of 100% and on the second number there is for cholthes, which is 21.7% out of 100%. The third one is for shower which is 16.8% out of 100%. The fourth one is for faucet which is 15.7%. Overall,it is immediately apparent from the bar graph that maximum water is consumed in the flushing a toilet and least in the washing dishes.
To begin,interestingly,the water consumed in taking shower(13 gallons) and washing clothes (15 gallons) shows a fairly similar pattern,when water is used with and without conservative method. Both the cases are almost similar. The minimal water is used in washing dishes and in other uses and in both the cases not more then 2 gallons of water is used by either of the method. Interestingly,the noticeable pattern of using Faucets reflects that the daily usage of water by either of the method makes up 10 gallons.
Moving further,maximum amount of water is used in flushing a toilet when conservative method is not in use and in contrary,when used shows a drastic difference of about 10 gallons. Moreover,leaks are more likely to be happen when conservative method is not used and if the conservative method is used about 5 gallons of water could be saved.
