You're right. And it's not because of the capo : she plays Eb (C) and Gm (Em) but we hear Fm (Dm) and Eb (C). Also at 1:45 - 1:50 : we hear Ab (F) | G (E) | Cm (Am) | G (E) and she plays Ab (F) | Gm (Em) | Cm (Am) | Gm (Em)... But it really doesn't matter. Even it's normal because clips are almost always made like that. Well... I like this cover ! Good job Alyssa ;-)
To get a quality recording, you have to record it in a more closed area. She was most likely playing but edited the other playing over it. That way if she accidentally messes up it’s no big deal.

It's like 47 camera angles, and cutting to a new angle every 5 seconds. I didn't say her lip syncing didn't match up, I'm saying she couldn't lip sync for more than 5 seconds apparently, hence the editing blender.
Its gettin boring these auto tune comments. I write tunes and play guitar. I cannot sing. I have melodyne + antares. 2 Industry standard correction software. It cannot make a singer sound great. It just cant. You can hear quite clearly she has a great tone. Auto tune alters your pitch not your tone. If they brought out a piece of software that can alter tone so you go from sounding like a choking cat to adele. Then ALL pop stars would be made redundant.

Acoustic music does not use modern electronic instruments. While modern music uses more and more automated means of sound production, such as synthesizers, samplers, computers, etc., acoustic music, on the other hand, is based on the use of "classical" musical instruments "and natural voice without effects. You should not mentione acoustic in the title that's all, but beautiful cover and good voice :) keep going
If it's your voice with no effect and no voice processing then it's acoustic but otherwise we should not call this acoustic,it's simple ... good continuation;)
