The way Joss speaks-he seems so genuine, knowledgeable and kind. What a stark contrast to the robotic and apathetic way the elder speaks. Joss is genuinely troubled by these weird Watch Tower doctrines that don't add up and just wants some help in case he is missing something and yet the elder just doesn't seem to care. The elder just wants this lovely, truth seeking old man to plainly say he doesn't want to be a JW anymore so that they can disfellowship him and tell everyone to never speak to him again. How sad.

Joss is very humble, mild, and meek. While in the face of a judicial committee he exhibits no fear. His conscience is clear and he remains steadfast in the truth of Jehovah's word. Oh how happy Jehovah is for refuting the utterances in defense of demons. Joss is ready for the great day of Jehovah. Now that he freed himself from bondage to Babylon the Great, he is ready to enter into the Kingdom. All who truly seek truth and understand much from their bible studies are ready to use their critical thinking abilities. Consider Messiah 2030 and the God culture advocates on TH-cam. See if what they preach draws you closer to a more clear understanding of Jehovah's truth and the end of this system of things. May the peace the Lord and the fellowship of men inspired by the Holy Spirit be with you all.

The witnesses claim that the organization are just human imperfect men, they make mistakes. We can't fathom the power that our heavenly father has. He couldn't and wouldn't allow mistakes , communicating to humans. His purpose would be having his word proclaimed in accuracy. And his name not being disgraced by an organization, calling themselves Jehovah's Witnesses, with foolish mistakes.

Wanted to add Jesus would be glorifying his father with perfection.

...and on top of that, just admitting to mistakes is not truly being accountable. The damage they've done to families and individuals can't be measured in money either. But an apology would be a great place to start. But they can't do that. That means taking responsibility.

I would have replied to this elder at about 15 min. in; that they gloss right over Paul's qualifying statement at Hebrew 13: 7: "and as you CONTEMPLATE HOW THEIR CONDUCT TURNS OUT; imitate their faith. How is the conduct of the governing body and today's elders turning out? Do their rules and judgement lead to breaking up families un-necessarily? Do their rules and direction lead to mental health deterioration; harmful addictions and yes; suicides? Do their judicial decisions reflect their own personal consciences, biases, and opinions; or the mind and teachings of the Christ? (1 Corinth. 4: 3-6;...Romans 14: 2-12;...1 Tim. 5: 21; James 4: 11, 12;....Matt. 6: 37; Matt. 23; ) Do they apologize and step down from their office when mistakes are made that cost their members thousands of dollars in lost contributions, career earnings; and lawsuits over human rights abuses? Do they apologize to the organization for disfellowshipping members over their personal interpretation of what the Bible says constitutes being "part of the world," (John 18: 36); by admitting that they joined the United Nations for 11 years; and then became part of the UN's subsidiary political organizations since then? Do they admit that they have lobbyists in several organizations throughout the US and Europe; appealing for justice and adherence to human rights? Do they apologize to the thousands of members who have been shunned for doing the same thing?
Has their conduct of hypocrisy become evident when they admonish all of the rank and file publishers to not support any organization that foments war or military operations; any organization known to have criminal activities; any organization that advocates for human rights; yet out of the other side of their mouths they invest Watchtower corporations in military companies, pharmaceutical companies who are convicted felons and responsible for the deaths of millions?
Like sooooooooo....oooo many scriptures; these idiot elders and most publishers never read the context!! 😝

It's so manipulative. He makes point after point, disconnected from emotion, and yet they keep trying to point it at HIM and HIS emotions. He says that men that are usually "spiritual" are no longer speaking in such a manner, instead seeming to attack him, the "elder" redirects it to "that must have hurt" as if that's the only issue he's having. It is incredibly condescending. "A personal crisis" it's hard to listen to such manipulation and disregard.

Thanks for sharing this information. Is really sad to hear how they disregarded the crucial points that Joss is making, and probably since those "visits" are done with more than one person, it might obstruct any reasoning whatsoever since they can't give or hint the impression of siding with an "apostate". If it was just a conversation one on one, i wonder if it would have played the same ( without the fear of having a"brother" insinuating that you might be considering what this non-organizational member is saying. ) Also i miss the videos that were focused more in understanding better the bible, like the Mathew 24 series

@@vusimngomezulu2500 An excellent question. Mormons would claim the same thing. Seventh Day Adventists would claim the same things. Indeed, Catholics are everywhere in the world, and they would claim the same thing. Why do you think that those religions are not preaching the gospel of the kingdom around the world. Would it not be that you believe only Jehovah's Witnesses are preaching the true gospel of the kingdom, not a false gospel or good news? I know you think that because I thought that as one of Jehovah's Witnesses who preached and pioneered in three countries for over 50 years. But now I know that I was preaching a false message of the good news, because the 1914 start year for the last days was made up, and the other sheep doctrine is unscriptural. So, to continue to preach a false good news carries a heavy penalty.
“Not that there is another good news; but there are certain ones who are causing you trouble and wanting to distort the good news about the Christ. However, even if we or an angel out of heaven were to declare to you as good news something beyond the good news we declared to you, let him be accursed. As we have said before, I now say again, Whoever is declaring to you as good news something beyond what you accepted, let him be accursed.” (Galatians 1:7-9)
Think about that and pray about that. Don't believe the men of the Governing Body without checking the scriptures for yourself.
