The reason Fuyumi and Natsuo didn't go insane from Endeavor's neglect was because, unlike Toya, they never bonded with their father. Endeavor started training Toya right from when he was very little. Then his hair started to turn white and that's when his Quirk started threatening his health. Endeavor had already placed lofty expectations on Toya's shoulders and now that he knew what his father was aiming for, he became obsessed with making his father notice him and be proud of him. Fuyumi and Natsuo were mainly raised by their mother and the servants that the family hired. Their father had a presence in the house, but he was never really a part of their lives. Those two never had lofty expectations put on their shoulders. Shoto on the other hand did have these lofty expectations put on his shoulders and his training was far crueler than what Toya was originally put through with their father. Shoto Todoroki would have ended up the same way as Dabi if he didn't become friends with Midoriya and Bakugo. Just wish we got to see Natsuo have a sit-down with Dabi before the Todoroki family final showdown. I mean the main reason that Natsuo hates his father was because of Toya's death.
