This is a video on how to sharpen scissors efficiently and for the material itself, this green liquid in my place or in this country is called motor fuel or called pertalite, its function is to remove rust and scale on the scissors so they can be like new
@@kreaneldiy Whatever it is or is called, it won't sharpen scissors, and since 99.9% of scissors are made of stainless steel, it won't remove rust. And hammering on the screw with a wooden base won't do a thing either! Your video didn't show anything, anything at all, how to sharpen dull scissors!.
