    Thank you - great review.
    An enjoyable pen tour too.
    I've just finished a pen-full of Pilot Murusaki Shikibu and wasn't that impressed with it, but seeing it from that wet Montblanc nib... lovely.
    Any chance you could cover some A4 loose paper sometime. I have searched high and low using printer papers and such and cannot find one that doesn't give too much ink spreading.
    FWIW I moved over to Atoma A5 six months back. The paper isn't bad, but their 'A5' pages are extra wide and I found it much better for my note taking.

      Hi Kevin for A4 I use Clairefontaine Triomphe. Will feature that one day but not too expensive and most people agree its a well behaved paper. I also have some old stock of Stuart Hall legal paper which I use. Thanks for your comments
