I’ve had a lot of fun with my son just started opening donruss 23/24. However all these different versions are super confusing and the internet is zero help due to lack of pictures. We got some optic but then optic that have prizm on the back, then optic that say prizm on the back but have a design on the front 🤷♂️ Then what we think are cubic cards and then some that possibly a diamond design or just a criss cross pattern 🤷♂️. Sadly who knows if we’ll keep collecting donruss. Of all the blasters we’ve opened, about 6 or 7, we’ve had numerous none base cards with horrible cuts 😳
That is awesome to be sharing the hobby with your son! Without having the cards in front of me the prize on the back of the optic means that it is a holo. A base optic card will not have the prizm on the back. Donruss reminds me of chronicles because of all the inserts. It is a ton of fun however because of the good rookies in it, in addition with all the cards that come with the blaster. This is a great value rip versus others products that you are basically guaranteed to lose money on. You should send us some pictures on our discord of all your hits I am interested in seeing them! Awesome hit! Out of all I ripped so far I pulled a Endrick velocity, a Yamine velocity rated rookie and another velocity of Yamine. How hard is it too hit a kaboom?

Best bet would be to look on eBay for sales. Since it’s a relatively new card and it’s /10 there likely won’t be anything to base a price on. I’d look at sales for any Gold Haaland / 10 to get an idea of what it could sell for. Best of luck on the grading, hopefully it gets a 10!!

Is a Lamine Yamal #177 RC Rated Rookie Diamond any good? I don’t know much about it.
Definitely a solid hit! Lamine Yamal is playing very well right now at the Euros so he has the hype behind his name right now. If you are looking for a value on the card I would recommend looking up the card on eBay and check the sold listings to get an idea of what the card is worth. If Spain wins the Euros on Sunday it might be a good time to sell!

Save up for a hobby or continue getting blasters? So far I’m 4 blasters in and the only thing nice I’ve got is a The beautiful game pink auto Declan Rice.
Such a tricky question, you're only guaranteed one autograph from a hobby box so it could be better to just continue with blasters. Although you are going to get better parallels/numbered cards from the hobby box so I'd say it depends on what you're chasing. Either way, thanks for commenting and best of luck on your rips!
