Now that's what I call modern art ! Not like the crap put on a canvas now days that sells for stupid amounts of money in art galleries . This is real art .
Hey, that's a cool sculptor. Wow I never seen anything like that. Wow, you are very good artist!! how did you even think of doing that with so many pieces?great job. I'm watch you more? Thanks for sharing your time.i need on of those..
Yor amazing dude.....!!! But can you show what your working off? (even just to me ?) It's really stimulating my want of doing/creating.... I'm from Australia
Sir, your welded sculptures look great and amazing.I really love them >Ialso like to follow suit. Could you please kindly tell me the Amperes, The Votage and The Speed you use to weld those beautiful and amazng sculptures.. I just bought a MIG Gaseless Welder Ril Tech Im140 as a startup for my sculptural projects. My new welder only has Amperes and Voltages Knob without the Speed Knob. Thanking you in anticipation.
Every welder is different and will require experimentation with different settings for different thicknesses of materials. The factory specifications on your machine will give you a "range" of settings to get started with, but you're just going to have to fine tune it with a sample of the material you're going to be working with. Practice and experience with using your own machine will let you know what settings to use. I know this probably isn't the answer you're looking for, but it's true. Think about it this way; depending on what type/wattage microwave you're going to be using to pop your popcorn, the cooking times will ALL be different. That is why the cooking directions give a time frame too cook within. But you still have to wait until the popping takes over 10 seconds before it's good to stop, which requires you to pay attention to how far apart the pops get. Make sense?
I have had such a wonderful time watching this video (as well as the alien sculpture). I had absolutely no idea that a MIG was appropriate for such fine and delicate work - I always thought that was TIG territory. I am a beginning welder, and have had a terrible time finding correct amperage settings for good results in sheet metal - any suggestions for amp settings for work you do? Any special shielding gasses? Also, do you have any tips as to materials to avoid to protect against zinc or other poisoning. I doubt I could ever do humanoid work, but I would like to try my hand at mechanical pieces or space ships and the like. Thank you for these videos - I am subscribed and look forward to more in the future.
Hi there, thanks for subscribing. The setting's depend on how thick the metal you are using, how long you are pressing the trigger etc the gas is just standard mig gas, try and stay away from any galv metal, stick with mild steel and stainless, wear a mask if in any doubt.Use a thin wire like 0.6 or 0.8. It's all just about learning and getting used to what your welder will do... i hope this helps :)
I see that you're using a MIG welder. Would you be able to use the welder with flux core and produce the same results? Would an arc/stick welder or oxy-acetylene be a viable option (though I'd need three hands)? Great work!
Hello good Morning. walter my name, your art is very cool. I'm from Brazil, and I would like to know which model of welding machine you use thanks and hugs.
Awesome work!! First Alien, now Predator so what's next? Terminator!! Can I ask what make of MiG Welder are you using? and is it gas-less or not? Your video's have inspired me to have a go, I have made an Alien like yours (not as good mind you!) and a couple of Birds so far. I am using an old Clarke EN 90 MiG (I think it's on it's way out!) with Argo-shield Universal gas, not much choice for power settings only wire feed. I think I might look at getting a new one, any suggestions? I have subscribed to your channel, looking forward to your next Video. Cheers..........Les

@@sethc6663 Yeah a bit messy, you could still use it but just a lot more cleaning up the welds..too much splatter for a small detailed piece like this one.
@@roosterscreations Thank you for replying. I thought it would be messy. Dad's friend said he has a gasless welder somewhere in his workshop that I can have but he's not sure if it still works though. btw I showed some of your videos to my parents and mum reckons if one knife fork or spoon goes missing from her cutlery drawer she is holding you personally responsible lol she's joking of course (i think lol)
