Hi Jenny!!!!! My husband passed away September 10th with Cardiac Arrest.
I have been decluttering and deep cleaning every room, so much to get rid of, also packing as I'm moving with my son. This home was a life estate for my husband therefore, must move by the last of November. It's been so difficult that I have to hustle like this plus doing all the other for my husband.
Please pray that I hold up and complete all that needs to be done.
I'm extremely tired, being old hasn't helped.

I have a couch with removable upholstery and the back and arm pillows had zero fabric to cover the stuffing at all. I had to be so careful with it because while the stuffing was mostly one big blob, it wasn't solid and I had to be careful of the separations. After years I finally just made pillowcases for the stuffing. I used some cheap open-weave white fabric from Walmart, used the couch covers as patterns, sewed all but one side on my machine, and then whip-stitched the last one with the stuffing inside. It's so much easier to wash the covers now! So my suggestion is to sew some new ones, even just over the top of what you already have. You can copy how the exterior is put together and with all the straight lines and no zipper, it's pretty simple.

My high for the wk is my sister & our nephew came up from East TN to NE IN & helped us clean out our garage. It went from full to hwarly 80% cleaned out. I only kept 3 totes of items. In the spring, we plan to clean out the last 20% of boxes. It looks so amazing & mostly empty. 😊

Hey Jenny, Happy Saturday. I’m relaxing in my bed while I’m watching your video today but I will be cleaning later today or tomorrow. ❤️ I didn’t decorate that much for Halloween/fall this year because I’m on a tight budget but I did decorate for both and I love the look. ❤️
This may not work for the seat cushions but with the back kind of do a taco fold in the middle not all the way but makes the cushions much easier to slide into coverings.
Everything looks so fresh and ready for Fall decor!

Hello.. i have a solution to make putting the pillow covers over the inserts much easier. Take a big plastic trash bag and put it over the insert. The bottom of the trash bad should be where you zip up the cover. Put the cover over the insert, just before you zip up the cover, pull out the trash bag. Easy pezy!
