Kendrick has lit a match and started toxic narratives that are biased against Drake, showing himself that he unashamedly hates him. Kendrick used his platform to perpetuate narratives that Drake is a culture vulture, that he is not really Rap or black enough, but Drakes actions (the ones you mentioned) speak louder. They use the reported issues he has with other industry artists as evidence that he is the one who is problematic, forgetting that industry artists are for the most part fake and will try and get clout in any way they can, shifting with wherever the wind takes them
