A rebuild where you simulate a season, release everyone into free agency for the off-season, and offer out contracts to build a full rotation with the hard cap on. Limits how much you can spend and other teams can bid on players too, so you have to choose players and contracts wisely.

Rule 1: You cannot sign any players during off season free agency.
Rule 2: Once a player’s contract expires, they’re gone from the team for good.
Rule 3: You cannot sign players in free agency to acquire assets then flipping them nor can you use free agency to fill up roster space.
Rule 4: No contract extensions or trades during off season free agency.
Rule 5: Trade only during the regular season.
Rule 6: Try and win 2 or 3 championships.

I don't know how hard this challenge will be so here are a couple different ways to execute it.
Version 1: No one on your final rotation on your team could be teammates in the past at all.
Version 2: No one on your final rotation on your team could be teammates in past 10 years or adjust the years to something you think would be a hard but possible.
This is a three year challenge to win the championship but remeber every year you have to rebuild your team because those players will have been teamates.

1. Fantasy draft or expansion team; your choice (expansion for toughness imo)
2. Spin a wheel labeled w/selections from 6'7 (Montrezl Harrell), 6'8, 6'9, all the way to 7'5 (Tacko Fall). Whichever you land on is the required height for the starting center of your title team.
3. Spin a 2nd wheel labeled 1 through 5 (add more if you feel risky). Whichever you land on is how many inches you must subtract from your center's height to give you your PF's height.
4. Repeat #2 until you have heights for your complete starting lineup, subtracting every time.
*Must be their natural or secondary position (Can't switch a 6'7 SF/SG to C if you need one for example; need a C or PF/C specifically)
*Bench is fair game; do what you want
*Challenge ends w/a chip
DAY 5-Do a random team and win a championship with them however you are only allowed 10 trades and can't use free agency/ drafted players

Also, if a player has 16+ badges in a category, (Ex. Giannis Def/Reb) you can't use him for that category. All 12 guys must get minutes and you gotta win the championship! Good luck!

If u make a custom league with everyone with terrible offense attributes and tendencies and great defensive attributes. Plus you add the simulation shot percentages to 0. As well as adding the rule "in qll games after 3 quarters the first team to score 40 plus the highest team score" and run 5 man rotations the players will average 127 minutes at most per game and extreme rebound numbers (especially if u force the 25 3 ratings to shoot 3s constantly) its a really strange experiment but it produces very interesting results
(Edit: I actually made Monte Morris average 196 minutes per game but the box score only displays 127 minutes) I got a game where there was 6 quadruple double by players, 186 turnovers from both teams, 838 combined rebounds and both teams shot 11-434 from 3.
Day 44 of asking Kenny to do the WORST POSITION CHALLENGE:
Put every player at their worst overall position and make it their sole position. Sim 1 year and rebuild the worst team and try to 3 peat without changing players new positions even for trades.
I know u can't do this on 2k22 but it can be the first "go back to the old game" challenge or you can just do it on 22 put players at the position that you think is the worst for them play style wise to see if it makes a difference statistically or competitively. Are some teams better than others when their players are playing unatural positions? It can be a test type video or a rebuild.
