A bit irresponsible of the paella place to just dump the mussels in straight from their bag without double checking that none of them had died in transit.

Hi Tony, Borough Market is definitely not cheap, but the food is, in the most part, exceptionally good. With rising food prices, energy prices, and their pitch fees, their prices need to be at a level for them to make a profit and stay in business. I highly recommend all the vendors in this vid! Let me know if you pay visit.
