his build: rumble, soul cane, superhuman, acidum rifle get soul cane from a secret npc on sea 1 at magma village get superhuman from a cave on sea 2 after getting 300 mastery on dark step, water kung fu and electric get acidum rifle from dealing enough damage and killing the core at the factory breach event on sea 2 he most probably has full stats on gun and melee, he was using angel and portal on the BEGINNING (for bounty hunting not pvp) but on his main he had mink aswell as on his pvp build he was also using the elite boss's cape also notice that his skin is very small for a short hitbox to not get hit
I've also noticed he stays in the air and should be pretty easy to counter not just with rubber but also portal since portal x has I frames and rift spamming the only problem is hitting the rift, he also lost quite a bit of energy quickly and probably doesn't have max on it, and he did more damage than a usual rumble non fruit Stat user but then again I'm not too sure. A mistake he made wasn't kentricking (redyvex) and it's easy to escape the combo by Ken tricking the acidity rifle z move and sh z. These helped me drastically against these rumble users
as a gun main who used the exact build, the way you counter this build is keeping distance, when you predict them going to come close to you(they are forced to play aggresive and get close because its heavily reliant on soul cane)use a mass stun move that breaks ken like soul guitar and do a one shot combo

I reccomend you to get STRONG GRIP ENCHANTMENT on your sword and gun, it will help you deal good damage with everything, it's almost like having v4 all the time. Strong Grip Damage scales with 40% of your Melee Stat & 60% of your Sword/Gun Stat. So if you max your melee, the weapons with strong grip will also deal good damage (instead of under 1k per sword skill can go to 2-3k)
The build he’s using is called war, war builds consist of superhuman etc, some people thing war is only superhuman acidic rifle and soul cane. But, there are war swords (while only a few.) such as dark blade, shisui, wando and saber, and off you’d use kabucha if you were sword stats with war. It’s a way better way to scale your skill level than normal traditional meta, while this “best player EVER” isn’t bad, he isn’t anywhere near the best, but he isn’t bad (obviously) I know so many players personally who have a lot better movement, better acid click accuracy, and just overall better at pvp, and Australia (my region) doesn’t even really have the best players at war, NA has a lot better players, and it’s needless to say this guy 100% isn’t the best lmao, but it’s a fun video to watch since it’s rare to see a TH-camr affiliate anything with war, ever big TH-camrs video titles are like “TOP BEST BUILDS🙀🙀🙀🙀” and then it’s like the most brain rot easy to use, unfun build ever. Someone has to say it but when you play a build, at one point you get as good to drain ken with non draining moves, you know the range, you know when to hit, even some trash fruits/swords are able to be perfected.
