Thanks for watching! 😊 I disagree though. SHMA got the scale right. In the scene where Godzilla and Mechagodzilla were firing their beams against each other, Mechagodzilla was standing tall. You can see the great difference in their height. During the fight were Mechagodzilla was fighting both Kong and Godzilla, Mechagodzilla's legs were bent and splayed which is why Mechagodzilla appears almost the same height as Godzilla and Kong. One thing about Godzilla figures, the following is small so local toy stores don't stock a lot of them. Best to pre order from you favorite toy store if they have one. This has been released for over a year. You probably wouldn't see one new anymore. You're best bet is to look at Facebook for any collector selling one.
Yeah if it were my figure it would be fixable. 😊 The peg joint needs to be chiseled to make room for the new sculpt. You can't just add epoxy otherwise the head will be much bigger. 😉
I honestly don't mind the slightly larger size because Legendary Godzilla is actually the largest Godzilla if you exclude Godzilla Earth. But as for the figure, I'm still kicking myself for not being able to pre-order it. Thankfully their 2019 Godzilla is a much better improvement with a better engineered articulated neck and I actually was able to pre-order it.
I agree. Good point. Now that I look back it is almost in scale to the SHMA Heisei Godzilla. Good choice in pre ordering the 2019 Godzilla. Big improvement on the neck and the joint on the jaw seems fixed as well. I might be getting that one too! 😊
The Shma MechaGodzilla is actually oversized and their Godzilla doesn’t scale well with it, the Hiya however scales perfectly with it
