A few things. If you are following this video to setup in Rocky Linux, it didn't work for me. I kept getting the error "Cannot connect to web service: couldn't connect to server". I switched to Ubuntu 22.04, and no problems. Also, the {DATE} macro in subject doesn't seem to work. {TIME} works perfectly, but it seems there is no solution for the DATE. If I find something, I'll report back here. PS: Great video! Quite descriptive and beautifully produced.
As promised, I found a solution. If you put this in the subject, {{TIME}.fmttime(%m)}/{{TIME}.fmttime(%d)}/{{TIME}.fmttime(%Y)}, this will yield MM/DD/YYYY in the subject. I found this in an obscure location and wanted to share. 😃
how can we generate customize report.Like if ping is down for 3mint and 4min and 10min it's total down time iis 17mint can i find it with total number?
Basically, this report takes an "snapshot" image and send it to the email account we've configured? Or does it send a full report for example, let's say of the activity of the last week?

Have you checked your Zabbix server configuration file for StartReportWriters? If the value is not configured or configured as 0, your report generation will not work. So, set StartReportWriters to some arbitrary value for start - say, StartReportWriters=3, restart your Zabbix server and you should be good to go.

Please double check for version mismatches between Zabbix server and Zabbix web service packages.
