We do about 6 1/2. We have youth programming during our 9 am service but not during the 10:30 service, which is mainly attended by everyone who volunteered during the 9 am service. I'm looking to launch a student leadership team and begin doing worship in the new year. Would you say worship should be done on Sunday and at the midweek program? Right now it would just be me up front playing and leading, so not super dynamic right now until I can build up a team around me.
@CalebG-93 - 👏 Weekend services, for us, don't require nearly as many volunteers as mid-week...so if you are the same, it could be possible to add youth services at 10:30am as well and split your volunteer group in half...some coming at 9:00 and some coming at 10:30am...it will also mean some students will go early and some late which should spread out the needs for your volunteers as well. As for worship, yes, Sunday morning and midweek...our Sunday worship is a much more stripped down version, but we do have it present at all services 👍👍
