She's extremely easy to punish if you go carefully, the only super that's annoying is the arrow since it's unblockable, other than that she's easy once you put pressure on her, she's a zoner and once you are close she's as good as dead.
@@zirconviper Any fast character will have a field day with her, she tends to use the lion super most of the times when you are farther than the middle screen and she goes for 3 fireballs most of the times, most characters will have a combo opportunity with a dash and a jump, or you could sacrifice a little bit of your meter for a dash cancel, the bird super is the easiest to punish since you only have to jump, move back a little and jump straight up, you'll fall faster than her recovery and she will be open for a combo or super. Basically as long as you know what your character can do is the best strategy against Athena, she's basically a tortoise type and will try to make you do the first move.
This stage and music felt as unsettling as the Hell one imo
For me something soothing about this song, the beginning is uncanny but then it goes nice

For those of you who thought Shao Kahn was a hard final boss in any fighting game, you've never faced Athena in SVC Chaos!!
