It's very easy with a Ret, DH or Warlock though. Ret's don't really gain anything from killing orbs, but warlocks gain a lot of buffs from them and DH's pop a soul fragment whenever they kill something ;-)
also any ret specific tips for m+ only started playing it a month agoish and got a few 96-99 percentile parses in hc antorus but not really done any m+ above an 18
For ret pally there is actually not that much to optimize regarding m+. Greater Judgment already is the cookie cutter talent for M+ but we spec into it anyways. Swapping trinkets around, taking prolonged on trash fights and old wars on bosses is sort of minmaxing. The most important factor remains communication with your tank. Minmax your crusade usage as best as possible! ;-)
