How do we stich this for kameez with lining

First attach the finished neck pattern to the front piece of kurti ...and then how to attach the lining. Plz let me know

_you can attach the lining in 2 methods_ :
*first method* , don't finish the the neck pattern, only attach the lace then attach it to the kurti , after that.. stitch the lining on the right side at the neck (then turn it inwards) this way the lining will be attached and the finishing of neck will also be done.
*Second method* , cut the lining same like the kutri... place the lining beneath the front piece of kurti ... then attach the finished neck pattern to the kurti and lining together.
